What are your settings in the Admin> Configuration> Email Settings? Do any of the other emails work? (does the Contact_Us work?)

I don't have the contact us page setup through zencart. There are lots of settings in the email page... do you know which one directly relates to the email for transactions?
I got it. I changed the "Send Emails" to true.
That was easy.

I am having the same problem. as I didn't receive an email stating that my customer had bought products from my store. I didn't know until this person paid and then I received my payment. The contact us is working and all of my setting in the email looks right.
When I bought an item as a customer, I as the customer received an email but me as the owner of the site didn't receive an email.
