Newsletter html prob only plain text

I amtrying to send a news letter from my store, but it only seems to send plain text .
I have the following setup on email options:

E-Mail Transport Method smtp
E-Mail Linefeeds LF
Use MIME HTML When Sending Emails true
Send E-Mails true
Verify E-Mail Addresses Through DNS false
Email Archiving Active? false
E-Mail Friendly-Errors false

SMTP Email Account Mailbox Myaccount
SMTP Email Account Password Mypassword
SMTP Email Mail Host my smtp server
SMTP Email Mail Server Port 25
Convert currencies for Text emails £,£:€,€

When i recieve the emil in outlook in only comes with plain text, what am i missing?
The newsletter looks fine in the editor in admin, and the plain text field at the bottom is left blank.

Email must send from known domain set is also a good one to have.
