Can't Get low order fee to work

Hello,

I set low order fee to true and put in that if order is 100.00 or less then a fee of 4.00 is charged, but it won't show up on check out. Please help. Thank you.

Are you sure that when you edit the Modules ... Order Total ... Low Order Fee that it is using an unique sort order?

Try removing the module and reinstalling it and reconfiguring it ... does it work now?
