Almost completed my site!! Need lil bit of help

1. How do I change the text on my mainpage, I can find all the other pages, but cannot find this one?

2. How do I get rid of the Category Food on top of my main menu?

3. How do I make About Us link to something? I am familiar with the way everything works, but am unsure why it doesn't goto the about us page?

4. I cannot seem to add pictures for items, it doesn't work. Anyone have a tutorial link to simply add a single picture for an item?

1. you can find the main page at
admin>Tools>Define Pages Editor for: English
Click on the Select a file to edit and look for Define Pages Editor for: english

Note you will need to change the permission to 777.
the note will tell you where to find define_main_page.php

Hello nomad,

I tried doing as you said in the past, and I just added a message on main_page, but the "Congratulations! You have successfully installed your Zen Cart™ E-Commerce Solution. Welcome Guest! Would you like to log yourself in?" does not go away still.

Sorry I forgot to tell you to save it in your custom folder
/includes/languages/english/custom
then modify the file.
