Google Checkout orders not showing in admin?

I do not have anything in my logs, and they are set to 777....my store is not talking to the admin

But I can accept orders and payment just fine in merchant setting?
But do not have any orders showing in admin for both sandbox and merchant setttings

Help ! =}

am having similar problems the only thing with mine is that the sandbox orders are shown in my admin but the google live orders do not show up at all!i get the email from google however. pulling my hair out now

i looked up in google checkout allowed certificates and the "Go daddy certificate class 2a" i have exists in that list.

so i know its not the certificate, the responsehandler URL is setup correctly and all the data pulled does point to https:

but the google production orders do not show up at all in myadmin!i get the email from google however.

If you are receiving test orders, but live orders don't appear, then there are a few things to check.

Firstly, check that your Google Responses are set to go to the correct URL. I know it sounds dumb, but it is easily overlooked. Check that you have the address EXACTLY right, and this means check that the WWW are either there or not, depending on your SSL setup. Some sites have SSLs which only work with https://example.com, and others have SSLs which are specific to https://www.example.com. Check to make sure that your SSL reflects your secure site!

Secondly, you should see that within the Google Checkout admin, under Tools, there is a Integration Console, where the errors are recorded. These errors include the URL which they are trying to send the data to. Copy this URL, and try and access it in a browser. If the URL is correct, you should be asked for an HTACCESS username and password. This is your Merchant Key and Passcode, which are found in your Google Admin. Check that these are accepted. If your sandbox works, but your live mode fails, it may be that your HTACCESS files don't have the correct logins included for the production server, and only contain the sandbox details.

Finally, after you ahve checked this, check your logs again, and ensure that you are actually recording attempts from Google to send data. Your logs should also record any attempts you make to access the responsehandler page through a browser, and show the failure. If this isn't being recorded, check your permissions on all these files AND folders. They should all be 777 within the google checkout folder.

Here, here! Took me two days of thinking about it, reading the posts, trying things - all to no avail.

Then, I noticed that my responsehandler was NOT set in my SANDBOX account (while is was in the regular account).

Having set that, I now get updates (though they seem off).

Probably not the right place, but I'll mention what I noticed in the event that someone can point me to the right thread:
When I go to gc and 'process' a payment, data comes in (tailing the logs) but the state SOMETIMES does not transition. Same with the shipping transition. Clues? Thoughts?
