A few questions

I've got my Zen Cart install 95% complete.

I've done a few searches and can't find exactly what i'm after so i'm posting here.

1. At the checkout where you can choose between payment options, I would like to rename Money Order to Postal Order. Is this possible?

2. I would like to add the Mrs prefix to the checkout.

3. I have added all the manufacturers and set my products up with them. However I don't want to display them now - do I have to go through every single product and clear them from the field? I have "Display manufacturer" set to 0 in the admin but no difference.

4. Can I change the date format on the checkout to English?

5. Is it possible to change the small sentance on the checkout page where it says you agree to the terms etc?
