Problem with FedEx Ground Module Weight Limit?

you need to set your max box weight to 75 Lbs,
dont set the tare weight to 500 Lbs, that just makes the weight START at 500 Lbs

Where exactly do you set the "max box weight"?

I can't find it in the shipping modules admin or the admin's product page. Do I need to edit the .php files?

Fedex ground goes up to 150 lb. Changing "the maximum weight you will ship" to 75 lb still did not show the Fedex Ground option for a 132 lb package. I know I missing something.
