    Default No order, card was charged

    Ok, this is weird.

    The site has been working for several days now without a problem. Today, however, a card was charged through Authorize.net, but there is no matching order or transaction email within Admin panel or email account.

    I read how the email and Admin are from the same thing. Does that mean that if the email client thought the order was from a spam email, it would reject it outright?

    Any ideas, suggestions? I can't think of why, all of a sudden, this would change?

    Is there ever a delay in receiving orders in the Admin panel?

    Orders processed by a regular Payment Gateway such as authorize.net will appear in the admin immediately. There are no delays for that.

    If you peek in the orders table of the database do you see the order?

    If so, check that in the Modules ... Order Totals ... that the Total ot_total is installed and enabled ...
