i have tried doing a test using the zencart, authorize.net and my personal card number. i then receive the following message: Your billing address is shown to the left. The billing address should match the address on your credit card statement. You can change the billing address by clicking the Change Address button.

authorize.net says that they arent receiving anything when i attempt to checkout. they suggested that i check with the zencart ppl.

When entering credit card and address information, you have to be EXACT with the details. IF your credit card is in the name Bill A Smith, and you enter Bill A. Smith, or your address is N331 Main St and you enter N 331 Main St, the card will likely not be processed.

Over recent years, I've seen a number of cards declined because the info didn't match. But once I or my customer reviewed the information, the error usually became obvious.
