Use for Web Store and Retail Store?

To eliminate inventory issues, we would like to use Zen-Cart for both our Web Store and our Retail Store. The Retail Store would have a computer that simply accesses the Web Store. The only problem we see is that the cash drawer might not be supported. Any thoughts?

There are seperate programs that proport to use Zen Cart as a POS system which would involve the cash drawer you mentioned.

These are not part of Zen Cart but just work with it

Hey there,

kobra did any one or do you know the answer to this question? As we too have a client who loves her cart but needs to be integrated with her brick and mortar store. We have the unique opportunity of telling her the best programs that might be out there before she buys that is compatible and best suited for Zen. She is using 1.3.7

Thank you but since they are not using debit or CC they can use that , my client is using CC's as well as paypal ( they use Linkpoint) since they are fully compatible with Zen.
So any suggestion with this would be great!

Try Google for ollacart - I have installed this but not actually used it.

If it works for your client it is most reasonable versus other POS Systems- and most/all have a differnet DB structure
