If you look at the following page

Theer is a red cross and some text in the top left corner, where I removed the zen logo, how do I get rid of the cross and text, I can not see what to change in the header file if that is the palce to look.

being that you are using the classic template and have not create your own yet.

Find in the template commonfolder the tpl_header.php file this line

define('HEADER_LOGO_IMAGE', 'logo.gif');

eidit this to be

define('HEADER_LOGO_IMAGE', '');

Save and upload back to the server
