hi, i am getting this error when i try to sign up to my website:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/ttssvint/public_html/includes/languages/english/create_account.php:1) in /home/ttssvint/public_html/includes/functions/functions_general.php on line 44
i have looked for empty spaces and unfinished lines as advised here: https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=87
but ive not found anything...i am confused in where the main error lies, is it in the create_account.php or functions_general.php or sessions.php?
All help is much appreciated!
