Change sub-category look

Hi,

I've been searching the forum for awhile and I haven't been able to find the answer.

I have a category with sub categories. All i want to do is change how the sub category items appear. Each item currently begins with |_ (to indicate a drop down tree). I would just like to change this character to something else. Just not sure which file I need to change.

admin > config > layout settings > Categories Separator between the Category Name and Sub Categories > from |_  to something that you want...
