Border line missing

Could anyone help me out here please? I can't work out where on the stylesheet I am going wrong.

The website: www.tigerlily-ladieswear.com has the thin border line missing on the top right by the main logo and the categories.

Where on the stylesheet can I correct this?

The only way I have managed to sort this out is by switching off the Categories-Tabs Menu in Configuration- Layout Settings.

This means there is now a black border line on the right of the logo, when there wasn't before.

Also there was no line to the right of the Tabs Menu of Categories across the top of the page.

I would still appreciate some guidance if anyone can help, though.
