When I first installed Zen Cart I had a temporary domain alias. I have not purchased a domain name and need to have the Server Host changed to this domain. How can this be done?

In case you meant to say "now" instead of "not", all you need to do from the Zen Cart side is set the new domain name inside your 2 configure.php files ... see the HTTP_SERVER and HTTPS_SERVER settings, etc.
As far as activating the domain name inside your hosting account, you'll need to work with your hosting company for that..
