USPS error

We're testing our site and it hangs up on both USPS & FedEx Ground estimates.
We have accounts w/ both carriers.

Do you have the updated USPS module installed?
It's bundled inside the v1.3.7.1 code.

I have Zen Cart 1.3.7.
The USPS module is: usps.php 6325 2007-05-14 23:22:46.
Not sure where to look for the server info.
Is this it? production.shippingapis.com

Also, is there a way to have USPS available *only* for our retail customers, but NOT for wholesale orders (we always use FedEx Ground for wholesale orders, but it's not cost-effective for retail sales.)

You should really look into Zen Cart v1.3.7.1 for the current update to USPS as well as a few other fixes ...

NOTE: be sure to uninstall, reinstall and reconfigure USPS when you upgrade ...

Did you ever have USPS working for you?

Did you call USPS and have them Activate your account?

You are using the latest USPS and if you upgraded, you did save your settings and REMOVE and INSTALL the USPS Shipping module again, correct?
