Table rate overcharging and overweighing

Hi folks, this is kind of weird...

I'm using the weight based table method for shipping. I have the following values set up:

2:4.00,3:8.00,4:10.00,7:13.00

I created a test product and entered ".05" for the product's shipping weight.

When I add the product to the cart and click on the "shipping estimator" link, the following comes up:

Table Rate (1 x 3.50lbs) (Best Way) $10.00

It should say:

Table Rate (1 x .50lbs) (Best Way) $4.00

Am I doing something wrong?
