Change the COD module to read - "Contact Me for Installation" or something ...

When I get to step 1 of 2 -Payment information it give me a flag
Please select a payment method for you order.

By the way I don't want to have any payments its like a store front but with price where the customer can print out the info on what products they want alnog with the price and total
