I am setting up another Zen Cart and want to see what other owners are using for a store that sells actual merchandise that is shipped only by UPS. I went in increments of two for sort order.

STATUS ORDER
Pending 2
Processing 4
Submitted 6
Update 8
In Transit 10
Delivered 12
Error 14
CC Failed 16
Returned 18
Canceled 20

I need to be able to indicate when shipped and add the UPS tracking ID in the comments box, plus I want to let customers know it was delivered, or they have an update (back ordered - not in stock, etc) and also things like Error - they did not enter a complete address or CC Failed rather than declined, and things like that.
Any suggestions?
