Reset counters

Hello Everyone:
I would like to know if its possible to reset the customers and ordering number back to 1. I need to do some testing and when I go live I would like everythink back to 1.

From the admin you can set these to a higher value like 1000 or???

Using phpmyadmin you could empty the appropriate tables
