Text Area missing!

Hi everyone!

I mentioned this problem in a reply to one of the threads, but I still couldn't find a solution. I just wanted to have a fresh start with a new thread, hoping that someone could help me!

All of the text areas (but not text boxes), such as the areas for writing a review or sending a message are messed up. All I see is a line in Safari, and a small area (of three lines) in Firefox with the text : id="enquiry".

I will very much appreciate any help. Did I mess up my stylesheet? It's really embarrassing to have a website with this problem...

After hours of diff'ing, I figured that I somehow messed up the html_output.php file. I reverted to the original and all is great now.
