    It means your email server doesn't like the email address you're using as the send-from address in your store.
    Change it in Admin->Configuration->Email Options

    Thank you.

    but...
    what does it mean "doesn't like"?
    this is my mail! [email protected]
    how can I change it? (I mean WHY should I change it?)

    Any advice?

    'Doesn't like ' usually means that the receiving mail server either believes that the user/email addressee does not exist, or the domain does not exist.

    If you believe they do exist, take it up with the operator of the mail server. e.g. your hosting company or whoever is responsible for it.

    I just tried to put there 4 different e-mail address - real ones.

    Didn't work.

    I have the problem only with SMTP but no with the PHP.
