Are you referring to PayPal e-checks? Or something else?
If it's PayPal, have you applied the PayPal updates for 1.3.7 ?

Yes, was referring to paypal.. I got the updates and installed the new patches.. Thank you.. How do I test it now?

I *think* it's working now.. I just have no idea on how to test everything. I also just got the error "sorry we are not accepting payments from your region at this time" from someone else. I searched on here and changed the modules, hoping that works.
