Ok i installed the PHP file to show the amount to add to the cart to get free shipping everything works BUT now everyone sees the free shipping in the sidebox so how can i disable anyone outside of the USA from seeing that free shipping amount in the shopping cart side box??
This is the one that says add **.** to your cart to Qualify for free shipping..
