All my pages disappeared

I was working on a new site and making some changes and suddenly, any link off the main page is invalid. I am totally not sure what I did. I changed the path to the main page from "shop" and I got rid of some stuff on the home page because it's not a shop; I got rid of New Products and stuff like that. I really can't seem to figure out what I did. I've been struggling for hours now to undo it.

Here's the main page.

Anything you click on takes you to a page not found page. I did try reconfiguring that option but it's not taking effect. I'm very confused.

Turn off or uninstall your SEO/SEFU mod until you have a chance to figure out how to get it working completely.

Done. That will buy me some time. I kept wanting to do that but didn't remember how. It's still being weird but at least I can sink my teeth into this better now.

By the way, that was definitely it. I will check the install on that module. I just turned it back on for a sec and pages went bye bye again. That's a relief! That they came back, I mean.

Ding ding! We have a winner. I didn't change the .htaccess file. A shame I can't really figure any decent keywords to put into this to help others find it.

You so totally lost me for a minute there! I didn't mean that kind of keywords! LOL! I meant keywords so if the same thing happened to someone else, they could find the thread! That's so funnyi I was totally scratching my head. I need to take more time to be clear. Always in such a rush. Oh and I still haven't gotten the SEO Urls to work on that site. I've been studying the other thread pretty closely hoping to track down some wisdom. I hope it becomes part of Zen-cart soon!

These used to be important as the SE's could not index them if not but today this is not so important but remains a disputed topic...

Really? I have a term I could simply not stay indexed for for close to two years, despite lots of heroic SEO efforts. But when I used the SEO Urls, boom! Indexed within 2 days. Top 20. Very competitive term so nice to go from not in the top 500 to about #17 with just one quick tweak. As the Beatles would say, "I'm a believer!"
