One delivery charge for UK, another price for rest of world

I know I started a similar thread a while back and it went off on a tangent, and I didnt get to the bottom of it.

But what im trying to do is pretty basic really, and would love if somebody can help me.

Basically depending on 'Billing Address' I wont the system to recognise if its uk its say 2.50 and other country its say 3.50.

It seems easy, but Im struggling to work out how to do it, and even after going through loads of previous posts, i still dont know.

Any help will be great

Clone Flat Rate flat shipping module and set a Zone for the UK in one at $2.50 and on the other set the rate to $3.50 and make a Zone for the Rest of the World ...

I need to Setup flat rate delivery - all order over £50.00 free, UK under £50 - £2.95 charge, World wide under £50 £5.95 charge

If you are using Modules ... Order Total ... Shipping ot_shipping and setting Free Shipping on Orders >= 50.00 ...

Then you would clone Flat Rate flat and make:
flatuk
flatworld

And Zone those for the UK and the Rest of the world ...

Or, just use Zone Rate and set the first for:
Zone 1
GB
49.99:2.95

Zone 2
00
49.99:5.95

NOTE: 00 means The Rest of the World not otherwise defined ...

NOTE: you don't have to use 49.99 as *any value* in this case from 49.99 would work as the shipping module will be turned off or disabled when the order total hits 50.00 by the Shipping ot_shipping setting ...

NOTE: if you do not see a reference to 00 in Zone Rate when editing, you need to uninstall and reinstall Zone Rate as this is new so you don't have to define a bazillion countries ...
