FedEx module help please

I downloaded the FedEx module and put it in correct(?) places.

incl/modules/shipping

incl/lang/eng/modules/shipping

and I unzipped them.I checked my admin and FedEx didn't show up.
I went back into my file mgr. and I saw this-

(folder) FedEx shipping module v1.3.5a
(folder) classic
CREATE NEW FILE
(zipfile)fedex_1.3.5azip
(file)flat.php
(file)freeoptions.php
(file)freeshipping.php
etc....

It's like this in both places.
Please explain (in newbie terms) how to correctly fix this.

melyou were supposed to open the module folder and move the files from oncludes/modules/shipping into the same foler on your server,
same with includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/
