error in minimum state charactor create an account section HELP!

Well now I may see why i haven't gotten any sales since having zencart when a customer goes to our website they try to sign up or create an account but when they finish filling in the info and click submit this is the error they get ..


Errors have occurred during the processing of your form.
Please make the following corrections:
* Your City must contain a minimum of 100 characters.

I am using 1.3.9h how do i get this thing to do right?

You could peek in the Configuration ... Minimum Values ...

City
Minimum length of city
