Can anyone help me with mine?

When i log into admin...no problem, my padlock comes up with no red line through it.

In my store it is a different story. I sent a request to my hosting company and they said it is fine but i just need to change something in the programming of my site. see below:

I have good news for you, your website certificate is 100% active.

Although the problem is simply coding related, the reason why you get the red line through the padlock is becuase "the website contains unsecured content".

What this means is that you need to get your web designer/developer to change the coding references to [ https:// ] instead of what they currently are [ http:// ].

Then the red line will go away and it will be a full gold padlock. Thanks.
Any ideas??
