First
I think certificate is issued to smartyhost not to you ( can you confirm it) and if you are using shared SSL then you will need to configure according to that.
So ask your hosting company is it dedicated certificate or shared

Thanks Merlinpa1969. That did the trick. I simply changed the addies in the appropriate files and now every thing is good. Cheers.
They have confirmed it is a dedicated SSL......
neilg,
Is your includes/configure.php file set to be SSL = true?
Code:// Use secure webserver for checkout procedure? define('ENABLE_SSL', 'true');
Then I think the image 14 days money back is hard coded you need to set it to https
then the warning will go that this page contains both secured and non secured items
and in IE7 the lock does not appear![]()

Hi Kobra,
Yep...
// Use secure webserver for checkout procedure?
define('ENABLE_SSL', 'true');
Hi Shop2buy
even if i turn that sidebox off I still get the same problem
Hi
Ok everything is fine I checked the certificate and it is good and installed properly.
So this leaves with only one option (if you have enabled ssl true in your config file)
that there is an image which gives the problem now sorry to say but I could not figure out which image it is so if i would have been at your end then
try to give all images a https connection and see after then if there is no problem then one by one start removing s from http i know it is little bit lengthy way but you can figure out this way which image is giving this problem![]()
