Remove Side Boxes From Tell A Friend Page

How do I remove side boxes from all the tell a friend pages?

Hello webgaffer:
Click on Catalog > Product Types
Choose a product type you want to be able to Utilize the Tell a Friend, Click on edit layout.
Make sure thta the Show product Tell a Friend button field is enable

This doesn't help because what I want is that when a tell a friend button is clicked it goes to the page where you fill in the form but this page doesn't display any side boxes.
