    Default CyberSource Help!

How do I implement the CyberSource hop.php into ZenCart? I went to the CyberSource site, downloaded the hop (hosted order page) php file. I cant' get it to work.

    Any help?

    Respectfully,

Please refer to the published guidelines in Zen Cart >> Downloads >> Payment Modules >> CyberSource Payment Module Implementation Guidelines:

That was helpful, but for some reason I keep getting this error.

This is a message at the bottom of the page right before the order is
    finalized...

Warning: Missing argument 2 for insertsignature() in
    /var/www/vhosts/mahya.com/httpdocs/includes/modules/payment/cybersource/HOP.php on line
    173

    Also...

When the order is processesd, it now goes to a very simple receipt page. This
page does not allow you to go back or any other options. If you try to
go back it says you cant bla bla bla.

MOST IMPORTANT, these orders are not coming through to the site any more.
I'm not sure why, but any order that is processed comes up as order 10 on cybersourse and none of the product info/ shipping info comes to either the email or to the admin page.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance!

Warning message (missing argument 2 for InsertSignature)
The warning message (missing argument 2 for InsertSignature) appearing on the Step 3 of 3 page of the Checkout process is covered in the Guidelines. Please refer to Paragraph 2 (almost at the end of the paragraph).

Persistent order no. 10 on the CyberSource Business Center Server
This situation would tend to indicate that the CyberSource server never received your transaction data. You may be sending the transactions data to the wrong CyberSource server (test server or production server). Please verify the CyberSource server URL as per Paragraph 3 of the Guidelines. Your CyberSource Account setting (test or production) will dictate which one to configure.

You may have other connection problems, but these 2 suggestions should lead you in the right direction.

Is those guidelines for an 'SOP connection' or a 'HOP connection'? I have the HOP connection.

    Thank you!

    Default Orders not going through

    Hi,

Have an issue that came up yesterday - customer tried to order but got this error message: "The local copy of this webpage is out of date, and the website requires that you download it again. " While her order didn't go through we did get an authorization notification on our Merchant Account.

I assumed it was her computer error so had her reboot and try again. She tried again and the new order went through this morning.

However, when I went to look at all orders from yesterday I noticed a few more failed orders (no orders in Zencart but authorizations in my Merchant Account). I called them as was told that we need to make a modification and update a file to correct the issue.

The guy wasn't sure what modification but said that users of software such as Zencart and Squirrel Cart (those who use the silent order post connection method) were having the same issue. And that the receipt page was not loading properly.

Any idea what modification we need to make?

What payment module are you using?

    I use Cybersource.

I went to the Squirrel Cart forums to see if they posted the answer. They know about the fix needed and posted how to do it but I can't access the thread unless I purchase Squirrel Cart. Yikes!

Was hoping the gurus here know what modification I need to do. I went through and looked and thus far it looks like I've lost out on orders all this week so I'm really hoping to get that fixed. :)
