Missing my top bar?

Please look in to this picture and tell me were i can locate the template settings so i can set the value on this bar back to default?
I can not se it now for some reason i remeber i changed some values what to be displayed on the mainpage so if someone now were it is located okease help.

It should be a line like behind the category "others" like it is in "home" and "log in"

With a link to your site we could see exactly what you have changed and how to fix it.

It is probably #navCatTabs which needs the
background-image: url(../images/tile_back.gif);
restored to match other instances where tile_back.gif is used.

Your stylesheet has:

Just delete the
background-image:none;
line and you will have the background image there again.
