setting zencart for buyagift type site

i am looking to use zen cart to set up a site to sell vouchers that can be printed off and redeemed at our location
we are a flying club that offer a gift voucher for trial flights and we would like to offer this via our website
the idea is to let customers buy a voucher/certificate when they go through checkout the certificate is either emailed to them with their invoice as a pdf attachment which they can then print off or they can select to have it posted out to them. once they have the certificate they can then arrange a lesson or they could arrange a lesson from within the customer login area.
we would also use zen-cart as the main site with FAQs and a gallery.
