Remove Stock Number?

How do you remove the "[number] units in stock" from each product? I rather it not show at all since everything I sell is pretty much a never ending supply.

Login to Admin and go to:

Catalog > Product Types > Product General

and click the "Edit Layout" button. You'll find the ability to show or hide the stock level there.
