Anybody knows how to implement the image zoom as Magento does?

They used Javascript. It's open source; you can read the code.

Yes, I implemented it a couple of weeks ago, but not if you'e going to use it to produce url's like that.

I have used it for a Magento store and it worked very well. You really only need to modify the CSS to customize it.
