I downloaded this and installed with no problem, however, there IS a problem that is causing me quite a few headaches with my customers.

If they use a discount coupon, even though they qualify for free shipping per my setup (over $50.00 gets free shipping) it is NOT giving them free shipping.

Is it because they are using a coupon? Did I miss something? It should not matter as long as their order is over $50.00 and while all my orders the past two days have been over $50, this program is not removing the shipping charges.

I need help, an answer, something to tell my clients. Did I miss a step?
