Hello everyone,

I just recently installed the zen cart UPS XML module into the store and if I use the shipping estimator before logging into an account, I get the same quote as the one on the UPS website's estimator. However, when I log in with an account that has the same postal code used for the estimate before logging in, the amount changes to a fixed number of $11.00.

So far from testing several postal codes and addresses, I have found that after logging into an account with any different address, I get a fixed price that's seems to be always $11.00.

NOTE: This is all Canadian prices and postal codes.

I was wondering if anyone else online had this issue?
