What if an existing customer wants to call in an order?

How can I fulfill the transaction WITHOUT asking for their email & password? Is there a way I can place an order for the client into their existing account, from the admin side?

Do I need a different shopping cart software to do this?

Any help is much appreciated.

You can do this with the Master Password (or Encrypted Master Password) mod, then get the email address from customer info and log in as the customer with the master password.

Check out this mod when a customer calls in just go to the customers area in admin search for the customer by name and click on Place Order with this mod.
