    Default Safari

    Hello all,

    Question;

    When I use the Safari web browser to access my website (zencart latest version), it crashes. I have noted that it crashes at the same time that my Go Daddy SSL logo finishes loading onto the page.

    I could mention that I have noted another issue with Safari - in that it also crashes when I use 'Auction Pixie', which some of you may use on your own ebay websites?

    Oh well...any clues as to how I may correct the Safari fault will be gratefully received...

    Zen Cart is absolutely stable for me in Safari, but then I don't have the Go Daddy SSL logo. So that's quite possibly the source of the problem.

    Are you adding that to your site by way of a Zen Cart add-in module, or directly by following instructions from Go Daddy?

    Have you tried other Zen Cart sites in Safari, e.g. (sorry, site offline) to help isolate the problem? Have you tried viewing your site with the Go Daddy logo turned off?

    Kuroi,

    Many thanks for your response. Prior to making those changes, I opened Safari on my laptop and there was no problem? The problem seems to surface when I use my PC...maybe a problem with the PC?

    Best wishes

    Are you running Safari for Windows or Safari for OSX? Have you tried the other steps that I suggested above to isolate the problem? If so, it would be helpful to post back to here as that increases this community's collective knowledge about potential issues.
