Hi, I'm looking for some expert help.

I have amended the 'company' field within customer account details to read 'Agent' instead of company. But i need to take this a stage further with 2 further tweaks.

1. - I would like to display a dropdown menu in this field meaning customers have to select one of the options that i have preloaded
2. - i would like this field to then be red-star (meaning that it is a compulsory field)

Any suggestions to how to manage any of this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
