Fixed rate until a weight limit is reached?

Hi Guys,

Just wondering about the best way to implement this shipping module i don't think its possible with the standard ones (please correct if wrong)

I need a module that charges a fixed amount for shipping uintil a weight limit is reached after this point it prices per kilo.

I know zen cart has both the fixed rate and the per item weight module but is there any way to link them together?

Table Rate perhaps?

Set the first value for your fixed and then use a percentage on the last one ...

umm ... hmmm ... what version did I add that neat little percentage feature to ...
