My template, opinions on integration

Hi all,

I'm new to the Zen Cart community and I'm very excited about this particular project. It's probably the most exciting project I've been challenged, because after all the sites I've ever been paid for doing, this is the first one I'm doing for free -- since it's my OWN! :-)

I'm parting up with my father and going to be launching gregsjewelry.com after the setup. Here is the template I'm going to try to get working with Zen Cart. How difficult would you folks say this is going to be? I've already created my custom template folder and followed any instructions I could find before reading forward -- but I was curious if anyone can give me a heads up as to what kind of challenge I'm up for getting the following to work with Zen Cart?
