Product listing "Next Page" missing?

I am having a problem with my store. You can view it here http://www.tcplanet.ax3.net. When you go to view the category it gives a list of the items. Only problem is that I have more items available and it's not listing them all, nor giving the option to go to the next page. Any suggestions?

I wasn't aware that you could actually turn this off (without removing the code) only set it to top, bottom or both in Configuration > Product Listing

If you switch back to the classic template does it appear?

Nope, it doesn't. I even did a fresh install. I checked every one of my templates just to make sure it wasn't a missing string. It does it to every one of them. Sure has me stumped . Forgot to mention I also turned it back on and it's still missing.

How about if you checkout a clean Zen Cart v1.3.7.1 and compare that to your site?

Aha! Re-downloaded the cart, overwrote the files and it's there. Thanks, I should have tried that first .

Sounds like there was perhaps problems with:
/includes/templates/template_default/templates/tpl_modules_product_listing.php

as RuFuS was leading to ...

More like the code to run the line posted ...
