Error after installed wordpress in subfolder under zencart - SEO URL conflicting

First, I installed zencart under the /public_html/, and i used Ultimate_SEO_URLs
So when i access www.myshop.com ,it will show the store. Since then, everthing works well.

But then i created a folder under the /public_html/ named as blog. After that, i installed wordpress2.3(it's not the plugin wordpress for zencart) under blog folder. I can access the main page of blog www.myshop.com/blog/

But seems the Ultimate_SEO_URLs rewrite all urls including the blog, so each time i open the blog categorie,it leads me to the store page.

Anyone know how to control the Ultimate_SEO_URLs, and let it only rewrite zencart but others folders under /public_html/

i guess i should write something in .htaccess ,but i don't have any clue.

Questions:
When you load WordPress did you place that in its own folder (ie what level or directory is it at)
Where is Zen load at ie at the root level?
and did you give it its own db (database) system

the zencart folder look like this: /public_html/zencart/

the blog folder look like this: /public_html/blog/

so the zencart and blog are both under root

zencart and blog are using different database


Plus: i read some articles, some mentioned that you have to add some Apache code like: rewritecond....... in .htaccess

in one word, i should add some Apache code to Ignore Rewrite specific folder.

but i tried many time, still doesn't work.
