Shop functioning weird, please help

Okay guys i have tried to do some research.

I have asked 6 of my friends from six different locations to make a new (test) account and to see if the settings are applied for them.

Location 1 to 4 :Singed up , the settings are applied succesfully but the 19% vat is not applied as 19% but as 15.98%. also the html email is send succesfully


Location 5 to 6: signed up, they are seeing the prices excl. vat and html not send. text email is send

ps: I have set the email setings to send standard html instead text.


guys, i am not getting it anymore. how come the four locations did get the settings applied and the other two not.


Please feel free to take a look yourself. go to www.glossymobi.com , sign up and go to category >> laptop tassen >> add to cart>> in step 2 - 3 do you see the 19% btw getting calculated?

No, i only have set one zone and thats the netherlands and added the provinces to the zone. its set correct because it is working right for some...

did you perhaps tried to make an account? you can choose country netherlands and just choose a province..

I miss calculated it , it is counting as 19 % for taxes (I said 15.98%).

hey saman,

set your configuration-->store--> Basis of Product Tax to customer billing or shipping

and

try setting Display Prices with Tax to false
