Look I know this is not the place to put this but I just don't know who to turn to anymore. I've written to them so many times and I never get a reply, I've been waiting for two weeks for this book and has never arrived. Customer service with them is not a priority but taking people's money is. I will give them another week if I don't receive my book I will demand for a refund.
