Could you please explain what exactly is wrong, today, on your site in your v1.3.7?
There is an update coming in v1.3.8 ...
But what pages are you unable to see when you have it configured that the customer must create an account and be authorized?

The privacy notice as well as the lost password link do not work when I have it configured that users must login to browse as well as be authorized by the admin after registering.
Clicking those links just refreshes the login/new user signup page.
This is fixed in the Zen Cart v1.3.8 ...
I am not 100% sure that just dropping in the one file will fix things for you ... if you could PM me you can test this on your site and if it doesn't work, just delete it and put back your original file ...

I have a similar problem, described here : http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?p=407649
The patches that were used for previous versions are not usable anymore, so if you have a solution, I am very interested...
thanks,
sanji
I am having odd problems too with the "Forgot your Password" link. Here's the analysis using two Zen Cart installs with two different behaviors, neither of which work:
1) Private install with login required (Customer must be approved to shop, 1= Must login to browse):
The forgotten password link simply doesn't work. When clicked the browser wants to head to "main_page=password_forgotten" but then immediately returns to "main_page=login" URL. This means I can't even test whether it works or sends email.
2) Public install without login required (Customer must be approved to shop, 0= Not required):
Here I can get to the forgotten password page and can enter an email address, but nothing is received via email (even though the page reports a successful send).
This is especially alarming because the user's account essentially becomes disabled as a new password is forcefully created but is never received, therefore the user can't get into their own account using their old password!
This makes me think that there's something wrong with sending email through Zen Cart, however, it works fine when sending admin email messages to users from the Tools -> Send Email section.
Any help would be much appreciated as havoc can ensue with customers' account with this problem! Thanks!
I'm using v1.3.7.
Wait a minute... this is just weird...
On the public site install (Number 2 above)...
The forgot your password link actually works fine on two out of three accounts I've created each with different email addresses. I was testing on one account only with an email address that is not receiving Zen Cart email.
Amazingly, one of my addresses refuses to receive any messages from Zen Cart (it happens to be an sbcglobal.net account while the other two are my own hosted domain servers)! Strange as I can send the sbc account email from my computer's Mail application no problem... hmm...
