How to change define_page names?

Under "more information" on zen cart, I see there are "Page 2" "Page 3" and "Page 4". How do I give them real names?

Also, how can I delete a page I don't need. Say I only needed page 2 and 3. How can I delete 4?

I've been looking for this answer by searching the forums and faq's but I can't find anything.

Do a search with the Tools ... Developers Tool Kit ... and in the bottom input box type in:
Page 2

select the Catalog in the dropdown and click Search ...

Copy to your templates and overrides directory the file(s) you wish to change ...

Turn off a Page with the Configuration ... Define Page Status ...
