Anyone any ideas why a customer with an email addy in the format [email protected] can login to their store account using Firefox and IE6, but not IE7?
In IE7, the message is "Sorry, there is no match for that email address and/or password."

Maybe it isn't the hyphen? I use my [email protected] all the time.

Thanks Kim - that reinforces my own opinion that it isn't the hyphen.
Perhaps it's the multiple periods/full stops after the @?
Whatever it is, it seems odd to me that it only happens in IE7, unless there is some specific setting in the browser that needs changing.
